Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
General Conditions
We are proud of our work and we are confident that you will love your purchase. However, if you wish to return it, there is no problem: we will refund your money as long as the product is returned in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging and including all accessories, labels, and documentation.
Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use, damage caused by improper handling, is incomplete, or has been tampered with.
Associated Costs

Return shipping costs, as well as any customs fees or taxes related to the return, are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of an exchange, the customer will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the new product, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Defective Products

If the received item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged and unusable, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Proof such as photos or any reasonable evidence may be required to verify the defect.

Slight variations resulting from the manufacturing process or color differences due to screen display will not be considered defects.
Procedure

Request your return or exchange by contacting our customer service team and providing your order number and the reason for your request.

Once approved, you will receive instructions and the return address.

After we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange or refund according to your choice.

In the case of a return, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase (shipping costs are non-refundable).
